Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Cardiac Care Unit saved Monty's life when he was born almost two years ago. We are eternally grateful to the nurses and doctors at CHOP who do incredible work every day, and the hospital's cardiac research is the reason Monty's heart surgery when he was four days old was a success. With your help, more and more kids can have the same outcome and thrive the way Monty now is. CHOP is continuing to develop a better understanding of what causes pediatric heart disease and new treatments that offer hope to families like ours.
