Sebastian Saraiva's 11th Annual Toy Drive

 This toy drive is in loving memory of Sebastian Joseph Saraiva. Sebastian was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis at one month old. He survived and lived until two weeks before he turned three. His mom and family created this toy drive to give back to the very hospital that gave to them when staying there. Please donate, so no child will be without a toy for a holiday, procedure or treatment while at CHOP. Sebastian’s family appreciates any and all donations! Let’s make this the best year yet!
