I’ve decided to run the 2017 TCS New York City Marathon this November with Team CHOP Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and I am asking for your help. The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) was the first pediatric hospital in the United States and holds a special place in my heart. My cousin Shannon Bohling beat brain cancer when she was just 8 years old and two years ago was diagnosed with a rare spinal cancer called ependymoma. Shannon has undergone multiple surgeries at CHOP and has had an incredible team of doctors & nurses rally around her. No matter what life hands Shannon, she never stops fighting, she's a true warrior. Please help me in my mission to give back to the team of doctors and nurses in the Neuro-oncology unit.
Your giving help CHOP to:
Funding groundbreaking research that leads to life-saving treatments
Attract doctors and researchers who are among the best in their field
Provide family-centered support services, such as social work and Child Life, Education and Creative Arts Therapy,
Please help me make this possible by donating to this great cause!
