Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

As you may or may not know, September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. This is a cause that is very important to me, as when I was in high school, my brother was diagnosed with Stage 3 brain cancer. I am eternally thankful that he is a survivor. A lot of that is thanks to the amazing team at Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia. They gave my brother a second chance at life, and for that I can never thank them enough.  We want to give back, so we are organizing an Overwatch Tournament for charity on September 22nd, 2017.

There will be an entry fee per team, but the entry fee can be as little or as much as you wish it to be, all money given to us will be donated to Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help kids from all over, and your donation can help kids with cancer to begin to live a more normal life.

You do not have to sign up to donate, but you do need to donate to sign up. Please go to http://ugleague.net/cancerawareness/ to sign up your team.

Thank you for reading this, and I hope that you help us make this successful.

Pictured above is my brother Joey and I on the day he went into remission.
