100% of every dollar raised for the Parkway Run & Walk funds breakthroughs in cancer research and care for children at CHOP--and around the globe!

Tackle football helped save my life.  In October of 2023, I went to the hospital to get an X-ray for what I thought was a football injury--that is when I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin Lymphoma.  After that I spent months going down to CHOP to receive treatment--and am happy to say that I am cancer free!  During that time, the nurses, doctors, and staff became my family. They saved my life and I want to help other kids.

I was honored by my CHOP care team--they nominated me and I was selected as a CHOP Parkway Run & Walk 2024 Ambassador!  As an Ambassador, I will represent the thousands of children diagnosed with cancer each year.  I will share my story to help the world understand what CHOP did for me and why I am asking for my family and friends to support them.

Please join my team and help me raise money--my goal is to get at least 100 team members and raise at least $10,000 so CHOP can help more kids like me!

If you cannot be at the event live, please join as a virtual team member--and forward this to all of your family and friends so I can raise as much support as possible!

Why this is important to me:

PATIENTS NEED US: Parents shouldn’t have to hear the words “your child has cancer,” but 1 in 285 children in the United States will be diagnosed with cancer by the time they are 20 years old.

BREAKTHROUGHS ARE UPON US: Every day, CHOP’s Cancer Center team is redefining what a cancer diagnosis means for a child. The center offers the most advanced therapies available anywhere in the world, including cutting-edge clinical trials that reprogram the body’s own immune system to fight cancer. CHOP’s Center for Childhood Cancer Research is one of the most distinguished research programs in the nation.

How You Can Help:

MAKE AN IMMEDIATE IMPACT TODAY: 100% of every donation to the 2024 Parkway Run & Walk, presented by Citadel, will help CHOP make important breakthroughs in understanding the causes of childhood cancer, developing new treatments that will improve outcomes for children, and one day may lead to a cure for childhood cancer. Thank you for your support!
