Leah Chapman started Team Chappy in 2008, when she was 14 and a patient at the Cancer Center at Children's Hospital. Leah was a daughter, sister, niece, cousin, friend, she loved school, gymnastics, soccer, beach days and music. Leah knew first hand we had to find better treatments and cures for ALL childhood cancers.

Leah fought everyday through the toughest treatments and side-effects with grace and tenacity. Please help us honor her fight and all the children that have been faced with this life-threatening disease.  Leah's light was always bright, in the hearts of all that knew and loved her.

Rare and incurable are words that drive the researchers at CHOP. Breakthroughs are happening every day in research, but it takes private funding and donations like yours to support this fight.

We walk in memory of Leah, Rachel, Josh, Kayla, Dayna, Jill, Brandon, MacKenzie, Isabella, Bean, Blaise, and all the amazing children that were taken too soon from this disease. We honor and continue to pray for all those that are in their fight and all the survivors.
