Dear Friends and Family,

As you know, our son David was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease when he was just 15 years old. Crohn’s disease, together with ulcerative colitis, is known as inflammatory bowel disease or IBD. Although there presently is no cure for IBD, we have been working hard to raise research dollars for the doctors and scientists at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) who are bringing us ever closer to a cure. Thanks to the cutting edge treatments and research advances happening at CHOP’s IBD Center, David lives with great hope for a cure in the near future.

As a family, we have dedicated ourselves to support the research taking place at CHOP. Our major fundraiser for 2017 is our 8th annual “Walk for Hope”.Last year’s “Walk” raised over $164,000. Ninety-eight cents of every dollar goes directly to fund research at CHOP. This year’s “Walk for Hope” is taking place on Sunday, April 23rd and we have again established Team Fine.

Please support our team by clicking on the "Donate to our Team" button at the top of the page and make a contribution in any amount to  Team Fine.  Every dollar makes a difference to David and kids all over the world who suffer with IBD.

With gratitude and thanks,

Nancy and Jeff
