Here we are again, our 14th year, raising money to help fight childhood cancer and fund lifesaving research and innovative care at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Join us to help CHOP make a difference today!
Why this is so important to our team: We honor our son, Wylie, and support cutting edge research for other kids battling this disease. No child should have to suffer this devastating diagnosis. We are so grateful for the friends and family who support this cause year after year. I can't believe this is our 14th year! Wylie was 13 when he died. Thousands of kids have lost their lives to cancer since Wylie's death. It's time for a cure.
Patients Need Us
Parents shouldn’t have to hear the words “your child has cancer.” However, 1 in 285 children in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer by the time they’re 20 years old. Cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in kids. And still, only 4% of US federal funding is solely directed to childhood cancer research. That's appalling!
We are raising money to help fight childhood cancer and fund breakthrough research and innovative care at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). We direct our funds to brain tumor research. Join us – together we can make a difference!
Breakthroughs Are Upon Us Every day, CHOP’s Cancer Center team is redefining what a cancer diagnosis means for a child. The center offers the most advanced therapies available anywhere in the world, including cutting-edge clinical trials that reprogram the body’s own immune system to fight cancer. CHOP’s Center for Childhood Cancer Research is one of the most distinguished research programs in the nation.
