In 2016 our brother was seriously injured in a car accident. Despite having multiple injuries and having spinal fusion surgery, he is alive! He is with us and we thank CHOP!!!!
CHOP saved our brother and returned him to us. PAIN CAN LEAD TO PURPOSE and there is no better example of this for us than our dedication to helping CHOP in the way we are able as a thank you for CHOP saving our brother and our family.
Our brother’s recovery took on a Rocky Balboa theme and the phrase of NEVER GIVE UP became our family slogan. Moving forward, we wish to help and remind the kids at CHOP to NEVER GIVE UP.
As we prepare to become B’nai Mitzvah and enter into increased responsibility in life, we want to perform a mitzvah, meaning to help others, by continuing to raise money for CHOP as we have been doing since our brother was hospitalized. Since his accident, we have raised money to donate to CHOP through lemonade stands. We will continue to have these stands and want to do our part to help raise money for CHOP.
Throughout the spring we will be having lemonade stands and donating the money to CHOP. Additionally if you would like to make a donation through this page, please do so. CHOP is a magical place. Please help us to help the kids at CHOP!
