Hey everybody, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when I was 7. At the time my condition was pretty rough and that's when my family turned to CHOP. With proper treatment, CHOP played a massive role in my journey to remission. I'm walking to raise money and awareness so kids like me can get the help they need, and the treatment they deserve.
