You are invited to sponsor your favorite Lakeland team member by making a donation on the link below.  (VERY IMPORTANT: Please identify the Office or Team Member you are supporting in the "ADD A NOTE" SECTION of the donation page.")

MORE ABOUT CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL:

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is the nation's first hospital devoted exclusively to the care of children. Since 1855, CHOP has been the birthplace for a myriad of breakthroughs and dramatic firsts in pediatric medicine. Built on a foundation of delivering safe, high-quality, family-centered care, the Hospital has fostered medical discoveries and innovations that have improved pediatric healthcare and saved countless children’s lives. Today, families facing complex conditions come to CHOP from all over the world, and their compassionate care and innovation has repeatedly earned the hospital a spot on the  U.S. News & World Report's Honor Roll  of the nation's best children's hospitals.

The money raised through Lakeland's Axe of Kindness will help doctors, nurses and researchers continue to work every day to find cures and save the lives of children in your community, across the country and around the globe. You can help us ensure that every child has the opportunity for a healthy childhood.

Our gifts will go directly to The Children's Fund which closes the gap between resources and breakthroughs. Gifts to the Children’s Fund are unrestricted, meaning the funds are used where the need is greatest.

So take a moment now to make a meaningful gift to CHOP while supporting your local Lakeland Team as they CHOP FOR CHOP!!!  DON'T FORGET TO INDICATE WHICH LAKELAND OFFICE YOU ARE SUPPORTING IN THE "ADD A NOTE SECTION."
