Who is this event for?

Huddle Up for Autism is designed especially for kids and teens on the autism spectrum and their families. 

Is it necessary to purchase tickets ahead of time? 

Yes, you must purchase tickets online with the Philadelphia Eagles, as space is limited. 

What ages can attend?

All ages are welcome to attend.

Are there any incentives to fundraise?

Definitely! Incentives include VIP event access, player autograph tickets, Eagles game tickets, sweepstakes, food and drink vouchers, and other cool prizes.

If I signed up to fundraise do I automatically get tickets?

No, you must purchase tickets with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Fundraising

Where does the money that is raised go?

Proceeds from the 2018 Huddle Up for Autism benefit the Center for Autism Research at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).

Can my fundraising for Huddle Up for Autism also count toward my fundraising for Eagles Autism Challenge?

Unfortunately, no. Fundraising for Huddle Up for Autism cannot count toward Eagles Autism Challenge.

What is the Center for Autism Research?

The Center for Autism Research (CAR) is a cutting-edge, multidisciplinary center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia that coordinates and supports research on autism. CAR’s goals are to identify the causes of autism and to develop effective treatments.

Do you send tax ID letters for contributions?

Donations made payable to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Children’s Hospital Foundation will receive a tax ID letter.

Where do I send my donation?

You can donate online to a participant of Huddle Up for Autism.

If you prefer to send a check or money order, please make it payable to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation/Huddle Up for Autism — add the participant's name you are supporting in the memo line — and mail it along with this donation form to:

About the event

Where is the event being held?

The event will take place at Lincoln Financial Field, 1 Lincoln Financial Field Way, Philadelphia, PA 19147. For GPS, please use 1020 Pattison Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19148. Activities will take place both on the field, in the stadium service level, as well as the Tork Club Level.

How do I get to Lincoln Financial Field?

Get driving directions from all regional points.

Can I take public transportation to Lincoln Financial Field?

Yes. Check out the public transportation routes.

Will you postpone or cancel Huddle Up for Autism if it rains?

No. The event will go on rain or shine. Many of the activities will be held in the Tork Club Level, which is entirely enclosed and climate controlled.

Can I bring my dog?

Service dogs are the only permitted dogs in the stadium.

Is Lincoln Financial Field wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Learn more about the stadium's accessibility.

Where can I park? Is there a parking fee?

Free parking is available at Lincoln Financial Field.

Will food be available for purchase?

Concession stands will be open, and a variety of items will be available for purchase. Gluten-free food will also be available.

Will we get to see any Philadelphia Eagles players?

Yes. Eagles’ players, cheerleaders, and SWOOP will all be on site. Autograph tickets to meet the players will be handed out at the door at first come, first serve basis.

Will we get to tour the field?

Yes, there will be self-guided tours of the field, locker room, and media room.

We understand that families living with autism may require special accommodations.

Where can I go if my child needs a break?

Quiet rooms will be available on all levels of Lincoln Financial Field open for Huddle Up for Autism. Please see event signage or event staff for closest quiet room.

Can I bring a TSS or aide to assist my child?

Yes. We welcome you to bring a TSS or aide. Please make sure to register for this person when reserving tickets for your family.
