The New York City Marathon has grown from a small Central Park race with 55 finishers in 1970 to the world's largest and most popular marathon. In 2022, more than 47,800 racers – from 131 counties – completed the 26.2-mile trek across all five New York City boroughs. This year, you can join Team CHOP and participate in this historic event while supporting Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), an Official Charity Partner of the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon! This year’s event will be held Nov. 3, 2024.
Apply to Join Team CHOP - 2024 TCS NYC Marathon Team.
In exchange for a charity bib, you pledge to fundraise a minimum of $3,500 for the program of your choice at CHOP. We make it simple to set up a personal fundraising page and share it with your friends and family.
The money raised will help create breakthroughs for children at CHOP.

Please note: By completing this application, you are not guaranteed a charity bib entry from CHOP to the TCS NYC Marathon. Selected bib recipients are responsible for covering their own race registration fees.
